Fit Tuber - A YouTube Channel promoting health and healthy habits.

I am always on a lookout for things that promote health. I like organic stuff. But it comes with a price. It is not always possible to live life without any chemicals or harmful stuff which we use almost daily, e.g. toothpaste and shampoo. YouTube has a lot of informative channels on health and other things, some are really good and some are very crappy. I happened to see a suggested video on my YouTube profile and I was intrigued. I am happy that I came across this channel and I would like to share with you all about it.

I am talking about Fit Tuber. Fit Tuber is a channel hosted by Vivek, who is from Delhi but settled in Andhra Pradesh for work. He is the host, the scriptwriter, the photographer, and the editor of his channel. He lists out the products of India, especially the consumer products from the worst to the best options. He has meticulously studied the best 20 products in every category and has given his suggestions for the best option. He is very particular about having chemical-free, insecticide, and pesticide-free stuff as far as possible. He gives tips about having quick and healthy lunch, breakfast recipes without using anything that is harmful to health. He also advises on gut problems, digestion problems, hair fall and what not. There is nothing that he has not covered and that can benefit the society to a large extent. He has also given fitness tips with a regime and diet. My interest lies more in seeing the best products available in the Indian market for daily use such as shampoo, toothpaste, cooking oil, biscuits, etc. and am already making plans on how to buy them and where to buy them from November.

This channel has a lot of fan following and people have changed their habits and switched to products recommended by him and have seen the changes. People demand videos from him on a particular topic and on every Friday he publishes a new video with a new topic. He puts a disclaimer at the beginning of every video that no one has sponsored it and he is doing it only for his personal purpose and not to promote or demote any particular brand or product.

You can have a look at the channel here:

And the video that caught my attention and was an eye-opener to me was one of the toothpaste. Famous and big brands sell us crap and we Indians blindly buy stuff. This video needs to reach the masses and should bring about a revolution in oral hygiene in society.

And yes, he is on Facebook too!

Fit Tuber, we need people like you for creating and spreading awareness in the society.

Keep up the good work and I will promote your channel as far as possible and to all people I know.

Thank you for your efforts and your meticulous work!

The dilemma

My mother-in-law left for Pune today after spending two and a half months with us in Germany. And suddenly the house seems empty without her...
