A lot of support is pouring for the championed cause from all corners of the world. India is also undergoing a similar revolution. A campaign to revive the rivers - Cauvery Calling - Rally for Rivers. Sadhguru from Isha Yoga Centre is at its helm. He recently completed a 16 days tour in the Indian states to raise awareness about the depleting condition of rivers and its effects on the population.

In 2 weeks, I will reach an important milestone in my life. I was hoping and planning to spend that special day with my parents. But neither my parents nor my husband is going to be around. I managed to invite my "second" family, my German friends from the Buddhist chanting group and will spend the evening with them chanting and having dinner later. I am back after a small hiatus. A week of quick vacation to the wonderful Toscana region in Italy, the excitement and happiness of my parents' arrival and T's 2nd school year left me overwhelmed and I couldn't just focus on writing. I decided to end the silence on my blog today and what did I choose to write? Of course, about the long impending travel of my parents to Germany. My father's first-ever journey outside India! So many plans made, so many trips on the list, so many bookings done. The day was approaching and my and T's joys knew no bounds.
